This time and in keeping with the sounds of authentic neo-classic jazz music, SMOOVE brings you BOBBY RICKETTS & AL CAMPOSE, live on stage, to court Tanzanian Jazz fans at the Kilimanjaro Kempinski Hotel in Dar-es-Salaam, on the 30th of August, 2008. Both of the Artists has multi-faceted talents incorporating singing, song-writing, producing, writing short stories, poetry, novels playing numerous instruments including organs, keyboards, pianos, etc. BOBBY RICKETTS & AL CAMPOSE were all inspired by many different styles of music ranging from soul classics, to gospel, to jazz, to neo-jazz, to modern interpretative jazz, to funky music and different traditional music sounds.
